Our Simple Return Policy

Returns and exchanges online can be a pain, we know, we've been there. We try our absolute hardest to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible. Should the event occur that you need to return or exchange something you purchased, please pick the category below and follow the instructions.

I need to Return a product:

  1. Pack up your item with your packing slip or invoice (original, copy or email printout).

  1. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of package (make sure you keep your tracking number handy!)
  2. We recommend USPS First Class Mail for packages under 15oz, and USPS Priority for packages over 16oz.

I need to Exchange a product:

  1. Send us an email here: Contact Us with your Name, Order Number, and Requested Size.
  2. Pack up your item with your packing slip or invoice (original, copy or email printout).
  3. Send the package to:

Well that's no fun! Since it's our own fault, please Contact Us and we'll get it all sorted out. We will cover any additional costs this may incur, so rest assured if it's our fault, it's our fault.

We price our clearance items SO LOW that we are unable to make returns or exchanges on Clearance Items. Please note that when purchasing.
